General

  1. The Promoter is MEDION Australia Pty Ltd trading as ERAZER, of Suite 802, 11 Help Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067

  2. By making a purchase during the promotional period “you” acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  3. Entries for the promotion may be submitted from 12:00am AEDT on 3rd March to 11:59pm AEDT on 31st March 2025.

  4. By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that they are providing their consent to be contacted by ERAZER for marketing purposes, including promotional materials, updates, and offers. This consent may include communication through email, phone, or other channels, in accordance with ERAZER’s privacy policy.

Who can enter

  1. Entry into the Sweepstakes is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who have fulfilled the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Employees of Medion Australia and their immediate families, and agencies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

  • Entrants automatically enter the promotion by making a purchase on www.erazer.com.au during the period of 3rd March 2025 to 31st March 2025.
  • No additional steps or forms are required to enter
  • Multiple purchases count as multiple entries.

Prizes

There will be 1 winner in this promotion.

1 x Gift card up to the value of $500 AUD.

The prize is a Gift card of up to $500 AUD.

  • If the winner's purchase was under $500, they will receive a Gift card up to the full amount paid (shipping included)
  • If the winner's purchase was $500 or more, the winner will receive a Gift card to the value of $500 AUD

Determination of Winner(s) and Notification

  1. The winner will be randomly drawn at the end of the Sweepstakes period on 2nd April 2025 at the Promoter’s premises at Suite 802, 11 Help Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067. The Promoter may draw alternative entry as winner in the event that a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The winner will be notified via email within 7 business days of 2nd of April. The winner’s surname, and initial will be published on ERAZER’S website on the 7th of April 2025

  3. If the winner does not meet these Terms and Conditions, that winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Prize shall be awarded to the next runner up in the Sweepstakes.

  4. The Prize will be issued to the winner via post or electronically within 30 days from 2nd April 2025.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence)

  6. ERAZER’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Sweepstakes is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

  7. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Odds of Winning

  1. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, with no influence from purchase amount or product type - only the number of entries.

  1. The Promoter’s privacy policy (available on ERAZER's website at: PRIVACY POLICY– ERAZER Australia) contains information about how the Promotor will handle your personal information, and other information required to be disclosed to you under the Privacy Act. You should read this policy before providing any personal information to The Promoter.

  2. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to:

    1. Being contacted by ERAZER for the purpose of being notified of winning.
    2. ERAZER publishing your winning (initial and last name) on ERAZER's website at https://erazer.com.au/pages/win-up-to-500-back.

    3. Providing your personal information to the promoter for this purpose.

Limitations of liability and variation of promotion

  1. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.

  2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or if such a change is required to ensure the safety of the Promoter, its representatives and of entrants. Such changes may include the timing of the judging, and the timing of any Prize fulfilment. The Promoter will act reasonably and in good faith in making any such decision. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any entrant for loss resulting from such action.

  3. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved and any winner found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or having engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Sweepstakes may be required to return any Prize received.

  4. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an entrant or potential entrant to the extent:

    1. resulting from or connected with any inability of a person to submit an entry (on time or at all), or failure of the Promoter to provide an opportunity to enter or to receive an entry (on time or at all), or failure of a winner to receive a Prize, due to events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter including, without limitation, as a result of problems with, or technical malfunction of, any software, telephone or computer network, equipment or systems or mail or courier service;

    2. that arises from events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter but within the reasonable control of the entrant or potential entrant, including the Promoter’s inability to contact a winner using reasonable efforts for the purpose of Prize fulfilment does; or

    3. that arises as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant or potential entrant.
