General

  1. The Promoter is MEDION Australia Pty Ltd trading as ERAZER, of Suite 802, 11 Help Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067

  2. By submitting an entry into this Sweepstakes “you” acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  3. Entries for the promotion may be submitted from 12:00am AEDT on 17th February 2025 to 11:59pm AEDT on 28th March 2025.

  4. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to receive marketing communications from ERAZER, including any/all promotional materials, updates and offers. Participants must opt-in for marketing by ticking a checkbox on the entry form. Participants can withdraw their consent at any time by following the unsubscribe (or opt-out) instructions provided in the communications or by contacting ERAZER, as outlined in ERAZER’s privacy policy, and in compliance with the Australian Spam Act 2003.

Who can enter

  1. Entry into the Sweepstakes is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Victoria (VIC), Tasmania (TAS) and Western Australia (WA) only. Residents from the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), South Australia (SA), and Northern Territory (NT) are excluded due to promotional limitations, local licensing, and regulatory requirements. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years and who have fulfilled the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Employees of Medion Australia and their immediate families and agencies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

  3. The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at Win an ERAZER Gaming Laptop! or Level Up Your Gaming Setup - Enter to Win an ERAZER Gaming Chair! and pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Promoter. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Promoter. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

Prizes and entry into the Sweepstakes

Grand Prize (1 Winner):

  • ERAZER Deputy P60 i7 Gaming Laptop (RRP $1,999) – shipped to the winner

  • Assassin’s Creed Shadows Intel Holiday Bundle Master Key (RRP $160) – sent via email

Runner-Up Prizes (49 Winners):

  • Assassin’s Creed Shadows Intel Holiday Bundle Master Key (RRP $160 each) – sent via email

Total Prize Pool: $9,999

  1. To enter the Sweepstakes and be eligible to win a Prize as set out above entrants must enter the Sweepstakes via Gleam.io at Win an ERAZER Gaming Laptop! or Level Up Your Gaming Setup - Enter to Win an ERAZER Gaming Chair!

Determination of Winner(s) and Notification

  1. The winner(s) will be randomly drawn at the end of the Sweepstakes period on 31st of March 2025 at the Promoter’s premises at Suite 802, 11 Help Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067. The Promoter may draw an alternative entry as the winner in the event that a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The winner(s) will be notified via email within 7 business days of the 31st of March 2025. The Grand Prize winner(s) must have their details (initial and surname) published on ERAZER's official social media channels and website by Friday the 4th of April, 2025, in compliance with Victorian (VIC) Regulations for certain prize valuation.

  3. If a winner does not meet these Terms and Conditions, that winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Prize shall be awarded to an alternative winner who will also be selected at random in the Sweepstakes.

  4. Prizes will be issued to the winner(s) within 30 days from 31st March 2025. The ERAZER Deputy P60 i7 Laptop will be shipped to the Grand Prize winner, while the Assassin’s Creed Shadows Intel Holiday Bundle Master Keys will be sent via email.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence)

  6. ERAZER’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Sweepstakes is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, alternate product(s), or any other alternative.

  7. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time the award notification was sent or fails to provide the required and requested documents and/or details, the prize will be forfeited. An alternate Winner will be randomly selected. The redraw will take place within 48 hours of the original forfeit, and the new winner will be notified within 5 business days.

Odds of Winning

  1. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be determined by random selection.

Publicity and Privacy

  1. The Promoter’s privacy policy (available on ERAZER's website at: PRIVACY POLICY– ERAZER Australia) contains information about how the Promoter will handle your personal information, and other information required to be disclosed to you under the Privacy Act. You should read this policy before providing any personal information to The Promoter.

  2. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to:

    1. Being contacted by ERAZER for the purpose of being notified of winning.

    2. ERAZER publishing your winning name (initial and surname) on ERAZER's website at www.erazer.com.au/pages/gaming-chair-competition

    3. ERAZER publishing your winning name (initial and surname) on official social media channels (in compliance accordance with Victorian (VIC) Regulations for certain prize valuation), 

    4. Consent to providing us your personal information for this purpose.

Limitations of liability and variation of promotion

  1. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.

  2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or if such a change is required to ensure the safety of the Promoter, its representatives and of entrants. Such changes may include the timing of the judging and the timing of any Prize fulfilment. The Promoter will act reasonably and in good faith in making any such decision. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any entrant for loss resulting from such action.

  3. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved and any winner found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or having engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Sweepstakes may be required to return any Prize received.

  4. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an entrant or potential entrant to the extent:

    1. resulting from or connected with any inability of a person to submit an entry (on time or at all), or failure of the Promoter to provide an opportunity to enter or to receive an entry (on time or at all), or failure of a winner to receive a Prize, due to events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter including, without limitation, as a result of problems with, or technical malfunction of, any software, telephone or computer network, equipment or systems or mail or courier service;

    2. that arises from events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter but within the reasonable control of the entrant or potential entrant, including the Promoter’s inability to contact a winner using reasonable efforts for the purpose of Prize fulfilment does; or

    3. that arises as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant or potential entrant.
