1. The Promoter is MEDION Australia Pty Ltd trading as ERAZER, of Suite 802, 11 Help Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067.

2. By making a purchase during the promotional period, “you” acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Entries for the promotion may be submitted from 12:00am AEST on 1st June 2025 to 11:59pm AEST on 30th June 2025.

4. By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that they are providing their consent to be contacted by ERAZER for marketing purposes, including promotional materials, updates, and offers. This consent may include communication through email, phone, or other channels, in accordance with ERAZER’s privacy policy.

Who can enter

5. Entry into the Sweepstakes is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who have fulfilled the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

6. Employees of MEDION Australia and their immediate families, and agencies associated with the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• Entrants automatically enter the promotion by purchasing any laptop from ERAZER Australia | Buy Gaming Laptops in Australia during the period of 1st June 2025 to 30th June 2025.
• No additional steps or forms are required to enter.
• Multiple purchases count as multiple entries.

Prizes

• There will be 1 winner in this promotion.
• 1 x ERAZER Defender P50 Gaming Laptop valued at $1,688 AUD.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Determination of Winner and Notification

7. The winner will be randomly drawn at the end of the promotional period on 2nd July 2025 at the Promoter’s premises: Suite 802, 11 Help Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067.

8. The Promoter may draw an alternative winner if the original winner does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

9. The winner will be notified via email within 7 business days of 2nd July. The winner’s surname and initial will be published on ERAZER’s website on 7th July 2025.

10. If the winner does not meet these Terms and Conditions, that winner will forfeit the prize, and the prize shall be awarded to the next runner-up.

11. The prize will be dispatched via post within 30 days from 2nd July 2025.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence).

13. ERAZER’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Sweepstakes is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days, or fails to return any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Odds of Winning

15. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The purchase amount or product type does not influence the outcome - only the number of eligible entries.

17. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to:
