Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Period
    The Black Friday Sale starts at 12:00 AM on 15th November 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 1st December 2024, or until stocks last. The Cyber Monday Sale starts at 12:00 AM on 2nd December 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 2nd December 2024, or until stocks last.

  2. Eligibility
    This offer is available to customers in Australia only, while stocks last. Offers are subject to availability and may change without notice.

  3. Free Gift with Purchase

    • Major X20 purchases will receive a choice between an ERAZER Gaming Chair or ERAZER Gaming Desk.
    • Defender P50 and Deputy P60 purchases will receive an ERAZER Gaming Chair.
    • Crawler E30e purchases will receive a choice between an ERAZER Mouse or ERAZER keyboard.
    • All gifts are subject to availability.

  4. Gift Redemption

    • Customers will choose their free gift at checkout.
    • The gift will be automatically added to the cart when the qualifying purchase is made. No additional action is required to redeem the free gift.

  5. Gift Value
    The recommended retail prices (RRP) for gifts are:

    • ERAZER Gaming Desk: $199 AUD 
    • ERAZER Gaming Chair: $159 AUD 
    • ERAZER Keyboard: $79.99 AUD 
    • ERAZER Mouse: $49.99 AUD 

  6. Refunds and Returns

    • The free gift cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Standard return policy applies to the purchased product (gaming laptop), subject to the usual terms and conditions found on our website.
    • If the laptop is returned, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition. Failure to return the gift may result in a refund deduction equal to the gift's RRP.

  7. General Terms

    • Discounts or offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
    • ERAZER reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • All decisions regarding eligibility and the promotion’s terms are final.

  8. Shipping and Delivery

    • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping rates apply to all laptop purchases.
    • Free Shipping for Gifts: No additional shipping charges will apply to the free gift included with eligible purchases.
    • Cyber Monday Special: On Monday, 2nd December 2024, free shipping applies to all orders Australia-wide for 24 hours only.
